Fees are charged at a different rate depending on the area that you live in, which is a crucial part of the Neighbourhood Nurseries Initiative in order to give priority of places for people living within Clementswood, Loxford, Valentines and Hainault wards.

A deposit of one week's fees is required when submitting the registration form to secure a place.

This amount is refundable when your child leaves after submitting four week's notice.

As other nurseries, our charges are for the place which means that we are not able to refund fees for absences due to sickness or holidays. We hope that you can appreciate that even if your child is not attending we always have to pay for overheads such as staff salaries, heating, lighting, maintenance of building etc.  Bank holidays are charged at the normal rate.
